M.S. in Book Publishing
I completed a two-year masters program in NYC at Pace University, where I wrote a thesis on the disruption of the traditional publishing industry by digital publishing startups. You can read it here:
Foundry Literary + Media
I spent five months assisting the co-founder Foundry Literary + Media in advising and promoting the best and brightest authors to be published at big-name publishing houses. I worked mainly with memoirs, nonfiction, and some edgy fiction.
Creative Media Agency
I assisted the president of Creative Media Agency to manage her query inbox, write editorial letters, and create pitch letters for her clients. I worked mainly with women's fiction, mysteries, and inspirational nonfiction.
